1. Scope

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts concluded between Volturi GmbH and you as a customer via the online shop at www.susanno.com.

1.2 Deviating terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless Volturi GmbH expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

1.3 These T&C apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 1 KSchG) via the online shop of Volturi GmbH.

3. Conclusion of Contract

3.1 Offer: The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

3.2 Order: By clicking the order button ("Buy"), you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart.

3.3 Order Confirmation: Receipt of the order is confirmed immediately by email, but this does not constitute acceptance of the contract.

3.4 Contract: The purchase contract is only concluded once we confirm the order by email or deliver the goods within five working days.

3.5 Contract Language: The contract language is German.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

4.1 Prices: All prices are final prices in Euro and include statutory VAT.

4.2 Shipping Costs: In addition to the prices indicated, we charge shipping costs as follows:

  • Germany & Austria: Free shipping for orders above €30. For orders below €30, a flat rate of €4.90 applies. Delivery time: usually 1–4 business days.
  • Europe: Flat rate €9.90. Delivery time: usually 7–10 business days.
  • International: Flat rate €19.90. Delivery time: usually 7–10 business days.

4.3 Display of Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are displayed again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

4.4 Price Changes: Product prices may be changed without prior notice.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods: We offer the following methods of payment:

  • ShopPay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay)
  • Klarna

5.2 Due Date: Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

5.3 Account Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our shop.

6. Delivery Conditions

6.1 Delivery Address: Delivery is made to the address you provide.

6.2 Delivery Times:

  • Germany & Austria: 1–4 business days
  • Europe: 7–10 business days
  • International: 7–10 business days

6.3 Shipping: All shipments include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking link by email.

6.4 Partial Deliveries: If not all products are available, we may make partial deliveries at our expense if reasonable for you.

6.5 Risk of Transport: Consumers (§1 KSchG): The risk of transport passes only upon delivery to the customer. For businesses: the risk passes once handed over to the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

7.1 Withdrawal Policy: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating reasons.

7.2 Withdrawal Period: The period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receive the goods.

7.3 Exercise of the Right: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Volturi GmbH, Dr. Natterer-Gasse 4a/Top 57, 1020 Vienna, Email: info@susanno.com) with a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email).

7.4 Consequences: In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except extra costs from a different delivery method), within 14 days of receiving notice.

7.5 Return Costs:

  • Returns within Austria and Germany: Return costs may apply (see order confirmation).
  • International returns: You bear the direct costs of returning goods.

7.6 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Voluntary): In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for unused and originally packaged items.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received. You may not use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

9. Warranty and Liability

9.1 Warranty: Statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period is 24 months from delivery.

9.2 Guarantee Conditions: No additional guarantee is granted. Damage caused by improper handling is excluded from warranty.

9.3 Liability: We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damages.

10. Privacy

The protection of your personal data is important to us. Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

11. Copyright

All content on this website, including texts, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright. You agree not to reproduce or reuse website content without our express written permission.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies. For consumers, statutory jurisdictions apply; for businesses, the place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
