Refund & Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a return or exchange.
How to start your return:
- Contact our customer service at info@susanno.com and provide your order number.
- You will receive all necessary instructions and a return label, if applicable. The item must be securely packed and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories.
Who covers the return costs?
Return costs depend on your location:
- Within Austria and Germany: If you use our provided return label, we will cover the return costs.
- Outside Austria and Germany: Return costs must be covered by the customer. In this case, you may choose your own shipping method.
Processing time for returns: Please note that the processing of returns may take up to 4 weeks.
Refund process:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
Non-refundable items:
- Opened or used products
- Gift items
Damaged or defective items:
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@susanno.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and, once the return has been accepted, place a new order for the replacement product.
Refund processing time: After receiving your return, the refund will be processed within approximately 14 days.
